Untangling the knots

I had a call from the CHRO and CEO of a Financial Services business recently. Their Executive Team had gotten stuck in the middle of a very difficult conversation, and they urgently needed some support untangling the knots 🧶

We designed a half-day process to allow them to have the conversation they needed to have, so they could move forward with commitment, and clarity, before going into all of the end of year processes. Here's what they had to say about the experience:
