Real Leadership Experience. As a former HR leader and Private Equity MD, Cecilie understands what is required from leadership when the stakes are high, and the tolerance for fluff is low.

World-class training. Cecilie holds some of the most advanced and diverse credentials in executive coaching (Ashridge Business School, Ethical Coaching Collective, LCS, Center for Integrative Hypnosis), as well as advanced psychometrics training, and an MSc in Leadership.
