Cecilie Søndergaard Nielsen has spent close to two decades working with senior leaders across more than 20 countries and 60 nationalities, from FTSE-listed CEOs to founders navigating their first institutional investors.

Background

As a former HR Director and Private Equity MD, she has made the hiring decisions, sat in the board meetings, and operated in the environments her clients now lead.

She understands what investors expect from leadership, what boards look for under pressure, and what the role actually demands beyond the job description.

Credentials

That operating experience is combined with some of the most advanced credentials available in leadership advisory, assessment, and coaching, including training at Ashridge Business School and the Ethical Coaching Collective, an MSc in Leadership, progressed Hogan accreditation, and advanced training in behavioural change.

With a particular focus on performance neuroscience, the approach is direct, evidence-based, and commercially grounded.
